Learning Streams Parent Education Series is open to everyone, not just parents of our learner community. Our Learning Series is a combination of in-person and virtual workshops aimed to give parents the support and tools needed not only to parent their children using a whole child approach but also to support parents in their own personal development.

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”

~Brené Brown

You don't have to do it all alone

The Exhausted Mother

January 11, 2022- February 15, 2022

7:30-9:30pm , Bethel CT Studio

You are Tired, Burned out, Frazzled, on the edge. You have lost joy in simple moments and feel drained all of the time. The mental load is more than you can take and you need to make a change somewhere because you often feel like you are treading water and drowning.

We hear you mama, LOUD AND CLEAR!

During this interactive, intimate workshop join Motherhood Mentor and our Director of Development Maria Fuller and explore ways to decompress and reconnect with yourself to fill your cup so you are able to give to live a life you love.

For so many women and mothers it is very difficult to create solid self care routines, habits and boundaries. This workshop focuses on all three  as well as time management, executive functioning, fostering independence in your children and taking a leadership role in your parenting journey to help mothers reconnect with their heart center and replenish their cups to find joy in the simple moments again.

This is a 6 week workshop in our Bethel, CT location limited to a small group. It begins on Tuesday, January 11 from 7:30pm- 9:30 pm EST. This is an interactive "hands-on" workshop with small journaling exercises as well as implementing small changes in your everyday life.  Workshop will move online in case of inclement weather.

Come dressed comfortably with a notebook, pen, an open heart and self compassion for this transformative experience. Hot beverages will be provided, feel free to bring a snack if you need one.
